Data collected

• Account: identifier, username, display name and avatar provided by the sign-in platform you choose (Twitch, Discord, Google), and your email address when the platform provides it. No password is ever received.
• Use of the service: adds of power, raids followed or created, balance movements, age confirmation.
• Payments: amount, date, status and payment reference. Card data is processed only by the payment provider; MineRaid never receives it.
• Technical and security logs: IP address, date, page or action, browser.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service, managing the account and the balance: performance of the contract.
• Keeping accounts and meeting legal obligations: legal obligation.
• Securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse: legitimate interest.

No data is sold or used for advertising. No profiling takes place.

Retention periods

• Account: while it is open, then 3 years after the last activity, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Balance movements and payments: 10 years (accounting obligations).
• Technical logs: 30 days; security logs: up to 1 year.

Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorized MineRaid staff and, for their part, to its processors: the application host, Vercel Inc. for this website, and the payment provider. A User's username and adds of power are publicly visible on the page of the raid concerned.

When data is transferred outside the European Union (for example to the United States), the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The application only uses a session cookie strictly necessary for signing in and local storage of the language choice; they do not require consent. No advertising tracker or audience measurement tool is used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: contact@mineraid.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
